Music planning 
Leading up to the big day, I will break down the planning process into easy steps and help organize all the ceremony details - all via email and Zoom for your convenience. I've performed for over 500 weddings and have a whole system in place to simplify the process. My goal is to make this the easiest part of your whole wedding!

You'll select your music for your prelude and ceremony . With our variety of music, your music planning will be quick, easy, and fun!

Custom Coordination
We strive to bring the highest level of professionalism to your special day. That is why we go above and beyond to collaborate with all of your ceremony vendors including your New Haven Lawn Club venue coordinator, officiant, venue coordinators, photographer, videographer, and wedding planner to make sure every detail is perfectly in place

Ceremony performance (90 minutes)

           -30-minute Prelude music to welcome your guests  (What's prelude music?)

           -Processional music (wedding party, family, and the couple) 

           -Music for special moments (unity candle, communion, sand ceremony, etc.) 

           -Recessional music 

           -Postlude music as guests head to the cocktail hour 

Add on a cocktail hour to your ceremony booking or book an Ariana Strings ensemble for your cocktail hour only. We delight your guests with all the hits from 1685 to today. Each ensemble has its own unique song offerings and set lists that you can choose to create an atmosphere that's best for you.

Note: At New Haven Lawn Club, you may need a 60- or 75-minute performance booking for your cocktail hour, depending on your ceremony plans. Contact Ariana for details. 

We have a huge song library, but new music is being added every single day. Looking for a special song for us to perform? We can have our in-house arranger compose especially for your chosen ensemble. Past requests include The Office Theme, Tupelo Honey by Van Morisson, Kissing You by Desree, Joy to the World by Three Dog Night, Wildest Dreams by Taylor Swift, and many more. 

If your ceremony is off-site, particularly outdoors, we highly recommend our ceremony sound package. If you're getting married at NHLC, they have a wonderful sound system on site. 

You've planned your wedding ceremony to include such special moments, with personal stories and vows, and unique touches. Your friends and family want to hear your love story and the best way to do so is to have a great ceremony sound system. Learn more here. 

Package includes:

• Up to 2 microphones on microphone stands for your officiant and ceremony readers

• Bose speaker system, monitored during the ceremony

• Sound check with your readers and officiant just before the ceremony

Please note: We have 2 ceremony sound systems (1 is battery-powered, 1 needs to be plugged in.)

Are you having a large event with over 200 guests? I recommend amplifying your ensemble for cocktail hours. That way, your guests will hear our music beautifully. Please note: The violin & guitar duet includes amplification, so there's no additional charge for this service. This add-on is specifically for the string quartet and string trio. 

Package includes:

• The ensemble (string trio or quartet) amplified by either a professional microphone or pick-up 

• Bose speaker system, monitored and professionally mixed for clarity and beauty 

• Sound check before the event for quality assurance
